Day 1: arrive Yangon in morning and transfer to hotel followed by a tour of Yangon including the National Museum, Scotts Market (Bogyoke Market) and the famous Shwedagon Pagoda. In the evening dinner with magnificent cultural show at Karaweik floating restaurant on Kandawgyi Lake. Overnight Yangon Day 2: depart for Bagan early morning followed by all day tour of Bagan including visits to Nyaung-U market; Shwezigon Paya which was started by King Anawrahta and completed by King Kyansittha; Kyansittha Umin Paya built into a cliff face; Gubyaukgyi Paya in Wetgyi Inn Village built in the 13th century and with fine stuccowork on the exterior walls; Htilominlo temple from 12th century and Upali Thein Ordination Hall named after a famous Monk called Upali. Afternoon visit the Bagan Museum; Gawdawpalin Pahto one of the largest of Bagan's Temples; Ananda Patho with four 9.5 meter Buddha Images and four 10.6 meter high teakwood gates; lacquerware workshops; and see the sunset from the upper terrace of Shwesandaw Paya which was the first Stupa built in Myanmar. Overnight Bagan. Day 3: all day tour of Bagan; morning visit the famous Izagonna temple famous for paintings and from where you can see a panoramic view of the Bagan area; Toyoke Pay temple (13th century); Payathonzu temple which is famous for mural paintings from the 13th century. Also visit Phwasaw village, Dhamarazika Stupa (12th century) the largest Pentagonal Stupa in Bagan. After lunch visit Manuha Temple (end of 11th century) and Nanphaya Temple dating from the early 12th century to see one of the best stone carvings of Hindugod Bramin; Gubyauk gyi Temple (early 12 century) in Myinkapar village which was preserved by UNESCO about 20 years ago and which has beautiful colourful paintings; Mingalar Zedi the last of the Payas to be built before the decline of the Bagan Era; Dhamayangyi Temple; Shwegugyi temple from 12th century. Late afternoon take a sunset cruise by from boat from Pyathatgyi Temple. Overnight Bagan Day 4: morning free and easy Bagan and at 11:00 board the luxurious Pandaw 2 for your cruise to Mandalay with shore visits en-route Day 5: all day cruising with shorw excursions. Day 6: morning arrive Mandalay and transfer to Pyin Oo Lwin by air conditioned car. Afternoon tour Pyin Oo Lwin and visit the Botanical Gardens, Pwe Kauk Waterfalls and Peik Chin Myaung Caves. Overnight Pyin Oo Lwin. Day 7: early morning take train to Hsipaw via Gohtiek Viaduct. Afternoon short tour of Hsipaw including the Shan Palace; continue to Lashio by car. Overnight Lashio. Day 8: morning tour of Lashio and visit Chinese Temple, Taung Paw Temple, Mansu Pagoda and Spa. Afternoon drive to Muse. Overnight Muse. Day 9: morning travel to Yunnan and all day tour in Yunnan Province including Mawlivu Pagoda, Thumu Park and Zoo. Overnight Yunnan. Day 10: morning shopping Yunnan and afternoon return to Muse for shopping. Overnight Muse. Day 11: morning drive to Bhamaw. Overnight Bhamaw. Day 12: Visit Shwekyina Pagoda, Theintawgyi Pagoda and Kyauktaung resort in Bhamaw. Drive to Moemauk and have lunch on the way. Sightseeing Moemauk including spa. Overnight Bhamaw. Day 13: Transfer to boat for cruise to Mandalay – lunch and dinner on board. Overnight boat. Day 14: morning arrive Mandalay and transfer to hotel. All day tour of Mandalay including the famous Mahamuni Pagoda and the World’s biggest Book. Visit handicraft shops and see how the craftsmen create their art. Overnight Mandalay. Day 15: morning take a boat to Mingun and continue by car to Sagaing. Afternoon tour Amarapura and Innwa ("Ava"). Overnight Mandalay. Day 16: depart Mandalay for Yangon; international departures
